KURDWATCH, February 1, 2011—On January 30, 2011, the bar association’s Court of Professional Conduct in Aleppo postponed a hearing in the case of the attorney and human-rights activist Radif Anwar Mustafa until April 3, 2011. Representatives of several international bar associations and human-rights organizations had come to Aleppo to observe the hearing. In contrast, members of the Aleppo bar association did not appear.
