April 9, 2010 – On April 1, 2010, members of the Political Security Directorate in al-Hasakah transferred Mehmûd Xelef Sefo to the military police in al-Qamishli. On April 5, 2010, after hearing Sefo, the single military judge responsible transferred the case to the military prosecution in Aleppo. Sefo has been held in the al-Qamishli prison since April 1.
