KURDWATCH, July 16, 2010—On July 11, 2010, the third military investigating judge in Aleppo interrogated Mihemed Ebdî Seedûn again. Two days later, his case was referred to the military investigating judge in al‑Qamishli. Seedûn is accused of criminal acts pursuant to Articles 278 and 288 of the Criminal Code.
