Damascus: Disagreement over jurisdiction in the case of Ismaʿil ʿAbdi
KURDWATCH, November 10, 2010—The second investigating judge in Damascus ruled that the military tribunal, not the civil criminal court, is responsible for the case of Ismaʿil Muhammad ʿAbdi.
